Merritts Jaguar has successfully operated in the fleet market for many years with a vision to provide outstanding, best in class account relationships. Whether buying one car or a fleet, whether a small business, large blue chip corporation or a leasing company, we believe you deserve the service levels available. This attitude has led us to become one of the largest suppliers of Jaguars in the UK. To accommodate and fund this vision, the Merritts Group established ‘Merritts Premier Fleet Services’ as a standalone trading company with its own, independent, line of credit. A serious signal of intent in this fiercely competitive and demanding market

Standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

At Merritts Jaguar we believe customer service is key. This philosophy has allowed us to achieve preferred supplier status with major leasing companies and high profile multi-national PLC’s whilst also servicing our local business community

The following outlines our minimum SLAs and these can be amended to suit YOUR particular needs or situation. Truly a bespoke vehicle procurement service

  • Dedicated contacts to administer your account  8.30am – 5.30pm
  • Supplementary customer response line manned from 7am to 7pm
  • Guaranteed response times to all vehicle sourcing or quotation requests
  • Ebbon Dacs & 1Link online quoting systems in place
  • Electronic status reports to be provided on a weekly basis in an agreed format detailing all outstanding orders
  • Monthly, quarterly or half yearly account reviews as required
  • All vehicles will have an approved Pre Delivery Inspections carried out by qualified technicians
  • All vehicles to receive a further visual Quality Check prior to delivery
  • Customer branding can be fitted if requested
  • Vehicle quotations, OTR, Co2, BIK, MPG and P11d values available by return
  • Jaguar’s very competitive in house Contract Hire rates take the pain out of funding your vehicle fleet, why not ask for a quote
  • Extensive stock holding, new vehicle allocations and access to national stock normally means if, “Merritts can’t find it, nobody can”

The retail experience

A new Jaguar XF awaiting delivery to a corporate client

  • All vehicles will be delivered by trained, professional personnel
  • All delivery drivers are equipped with mobile telephones
  • All vehicles will be professionally handed over to the end user’s driver with a full explanation of the controls, and will have the agreed minimum fuel levels
  • Collection from our showroom is encouraged (were practical) for that ‘showroom’ experience
  • Where required vehicles will be delivered by transporter and in no circumstance will  have been driven in excess of 100/ 250 miles (or your agreed maximum)
  • Return vehicles can be collected, stored and delivered to requested locations
  • Post delivery quality assurance follow up calls if required

Mike has over twenty five years
Jaguar experience, having first
joined the brand in the mid ‘80s
and quickly established himself in
the corporate sector.
Previous commercial experience includes consumer finance
banking, Contract Hire and leasing
roles. Married with two boys,
Mike is a keen skier and classic
car enthusiast, currently campaigns
a 1962 Triumph TR4 (and hopes
to win something one day!)

Lesley has several years of motor
trade experience having started
work in the insurance industry, specialising in fleet insurance for
500 plus fleet size clients.
After a spell in transport logistics
Lesley joined Jaguar corporate
sales in 2004 and brings a wealth
of experience to the Merritts team. Lesley combines a busy family life
as a wife and mother of 3 with
keeping fit and sun worshiping,
so lives for her holidays
in the sun!
